Is a job focused training company that exists to provide programmes and

support for young people to either start a career or the stepping stones and training to find a new one.

All programmes will be supported and delivered by step 2 training tutors who will be designated to support you through your induction, learning & career goals and also to support you through your work experience in the sector you have chosen to work in and experience.

It doesn’t finish there! Once your programme has finished we pride ourselves on our aftercare and will make sure all learners are happy with their experience gained and if they are ready to step into employment or continue into further education either way we will be there to support.
